About Us.

OuR names are rhonda and paul

and for the last 28 years we have worked as Paramedics serving the communities of Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset. We have now retired from this role, and for the last four years have devoted ourselves to The Catnap Hotel.

Being lifelong cat lovers, we have built, a small, family run cattery, which provides the highest standards in accommodation and care, and most importantly, one that we would be happy to put our own cat’s into.

Our location is one that is peaceful, beautiful and has stunning, open countryside views, yet is accessible to our local community.

At The Catnap Hotel, your cat is our cat, and we will treat them as the individual they are, giving them all the love, care and attention that they require.

Our own cat’s, Dotty and Cinders, will no doubt be strolling around our garden on your arrival, Cinders being our elderly lady, and Dotty our boisterous teen.

We hope that you share our vision of cattery care, clinical cleanliness, a home from home, and one to one time for all the cats we are lucky enough to care for.

And, best of all, no barking dogs to keep our guests from their precious sleep time.
